Government Varishth Upadhaya Sanskrit School, established as a primary school in 1962, gradually expanded its offerings over the years. In 1985, it introduced an upper primary section, followed by an elementary section in 1989. The school reached a significant milestone in 1997 when it was converted into a Varishth Upadhaya School, focusing on higher secondary Sanskrit education. Under the RBSE board, the school has played a key role in promoting traditional Sanskrit studies in the region.
